Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route common Monroe County requests to the office or system that controls the record:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

Posted hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except holidays. Indiana MyCase is the public online search, but certified copies and records unavailable online must come from the Clerk or court.
