Why We Built This Site
Indiana allows broad access to court records, yet each access channel has a different role. Indiana MyCase shows eligible public case summaries from Odyssey courts. The Monroe County Clerk of Court maintains the official filings for all nine Monroe Circuit Court divisions. The court sets hearings and enters orders. Indiana Access Rules determine which records are public, restricted, or available only at the courthouse. This site organizes those sources without replacing any of them.
What You Will Find Here

- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to Monroe Circuit Court, the Monroe County Clerk of Court, Indiana MyCase, or any Indiana agency. Its role is limited:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the Monroe County Clerk of Court or the court that holds the case can provide an official or certified court record.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search tools operated by outside providers. Each provider controls its own results, prices, and terms. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this private resource. Those tools are separate from Indiana MyCase and the Monroe County Clerk, and their output is not an official Monroe Circuit Court record.
